Diana is a licensed Mexican Attorney specialized in Timeshare laws in Mexico. Her experience includes working as in house attorney for some of the most known timeshare providers in Mexico. She has also represented many clients in Mexican Real Estate and Corporate transactions in Mexico.
Diana brings to the firm the inside knowledge of timeshare practices in Mexico. She is one of the lead attorneys in our firm, supervising a group of lawyers in Mexico, dedicated full time to timeshare and real estate related matters.
Diana handles most of the cases in Cancun, Riviera Maya, and in general the Quintana Roo Peninsula in Mexico.

Mediated over 250 cases including but not limited to commercial, construction, personal injury, products liability, professional malpractice, real estate, governmental matters and other matters.

Management of claims and demands with domestic and foreign authorities against the Company.
